Raven: A Journal of Vexillology

Raven: A Journal of Vexillology (ISSN 1071-0043) is a scholarly jury-reviewed journal published annually by the North American Vexillological Association (NAVA). Articles appearing in Raven are abstracted and indexed in Historical Abstracts and America: History and Life.

Volume 1 was published in 1994. Raven has become a lasting and important source to which readers turn for internationally respected articles in vexillology. Material appearing in Raven does not necessarily reflect the policy or opinion of NAVA, the executive board, or the editor. Information concerning permission to reprint articles is available from the editor.

Subscriptions and Manuscripts

Subscriptions: US$40.00 per year for non-NAVA members (includes a subscription to the quarterly NAVA News). A subscription is a also benefit of membership in NAVA. Membership information is available by contacting the NAVA membership committee. Back issues are available through the NAVA Shopper.

Manuscripts: Address manuscripts and correspondence concerning them to the attention of the Raven editor. Send a paper copy of your manuscript, together with copies of any associated photographs or figures. If you wish to have the material returned, you must include a self-addressed envelope with sufficient postage. All manuscripts are subject to a juried review. Production of accepted manuscripts will be eased by submission of the text on computer disk.
